HELP : Couple of Ph-Quick problems

  Evo VI Tommi Makinen
Hi Peeps,

Just noticed today that the lumbar support on my drivers seat no longer does anything. The knob just turns but nothing happens in the seat.
Is this a common problem and is it easy to fix? How Much?

Also was dropping a collegue off at the train station and when he pulled the interior passenger door handle the whole thing came off the door card. (plastic surrounding the mounting bolt had snapped as its clearly made of paper typical renault quality)
Can someone tell me how much a new interior handle is?

Thanks
Riob

There isnt a lumbar support adjustment as far as i know.... there is a lever to slide it back and forward (front on right), a lever to go up and down (front on left) and a lever to tilt it back (left side).

handles... the plastic ones are cheap, probably pick some up for £15. May as well get some of the Ph2 metal ones... i got mine for £25 swap with my plastic ones. Metal ones are much stronger and look better :)

THey do have a lumbar support as it did used to work.

See the pic, its the round knob above the seat back adjuster.

If it's anything like my old Chavalier, you'll need to remove the seat cover and play with the mechanism. Though mine turned out to be stripped and was beyond repair.

wow, i have the lumbar wheel.... and whats more, it works! :D

sorry, no help to you at all, but ive just found out something new!

I've pulled the seat cover up a bit to see the control knob which is screwed to the seat, Just cant seem to work out how it works. Looks like the knob control piece can be replace but not sure if thats the problem.

Might have to take it to the stealers for a quote
