HELP.... Fuelling.... Mk1 Valver!1

Right guys, yesterdqay started the valver up and the injectors were ticking very loud... which i was going to wip them out and get them serviced.........

been out in the car today, it starts and idles fine, when i drive it and the revs get to around 2k the car starts to sort of kangaroo (as if its fuel starvation), its really sluggish but then as soon as the revs get up its fine but on the odd occcasion it kangaroos when your doing a steady 60 with the revs at a steady 3k

any help guys as i dont want to start melting pistons?????

cheers dude... but why does this make the car want to kangaroo and just drive s**t for a couple of seconds???
