Help ! How do you disconnect Rstuner cable from car ?

Just got my rstuner, and been reading error codes etc.
only snag is I cant for the life of me disconnect the cable from the connecter under the ashtray, worried if I pull too hard it will bring out the socket as well...
Is there a knack to doing this ?

a quick wiggle gets it off mate as you now know lol
