Help! I have found a Clio 172!

I am very new to this clio forum and i am currently looking for a Clio 172.

I have found the clio at the below link on Pistonheads.

Could anyone just have a look and let me know if its a good deal?

Yes i found out that the car belonged to a cliosport.net member shortly after posting my thread on.
