Help in Newcastle NE zorst and brakes, please

  172
Hiya lads and lasses, basically my exhaust is a bit loose, looks like it just needs a weld on back box bracket, can any of you'd recommend somewhere that will do a good job please.
Also front pads are looking very low, can any of you lads put some new ones on for me, not very mechanically minded, it's a 172 by the way and am i looking at about £40ish for the std new front pads from renault, or any recommendations for cheaper elsewhere?
Cheers, Chris.

Tyre Spot on Scotswood road next to the big Tile Centre will be able to sort out your exhaust if its not hanging right... mind you if its a standard system then they're crap and don't last 5 mins so it could be worth investing in a stainless replacement

north east tyres and exhaust charge about £47 an hour, probably take them half that maybe less. their behind the silverlink retail park. i'm sure if you buy some pads you wont have to pay much for fitting.

Cheers lads, thanks garf, i might consider you if i manage to get the zorst fixed, dont wanna go all the way down boro with it hanging off. As for halfords, they wont stock genuine renault pads will they?, wanted the renault ones on really.
Cheers rich, i got a stainless on there at the mo, think its either powerflow back box or janspeed twin pipe, not to sure, was on when i bought it. I know exactly where you mean, think i'll drive along tomorrow, see what they can do, just hoping its a quick weld.
Cheers hoggaz, 47 quid is a bit steep, just for a weld, but then if i get my pads done there too might be worth my while, even though the pads will take about 10-20 mins. Thanks for all your help lads, will let you know the outcome.

Got it sorted, went to tyre spot today, charged me £15 to reweld the original bracket and put a new one on too to strengthen it, so was happy with that, thanks again all.
