Help IPOD advice needed

Hello!

Right ive download a film and i want to convert it so i can upload it onto my ipod!

How do i convert the film? i.e using what software?

I use Visual Hub for my mac, its perfect. Not sure what OS your running but I think people recommend Videora as a Windows alternative to Visual Hub. Give that a try.

you can even download youtube video's on it aswell

I use Handbrake-from:

It is free and will do DVD video files and DVD's directly (as long as they are not encrypted, ones you have copied won't be anyway)

If QuickTime player can open it, you're half way there, Just import it into iTunes, like adding a mp3 file, once the vid is in, select it, then Advanced>Convert for iPod
