HELP! Lifting Exhaust

  Was a Clio 1.8 16v

How do i lift my exhaust closer to the heat shield to the under body of my car?

Its a Scorpion cat back system but has scratches where its caught on speed bumps i think. Where can i get hangers if you need them?

Anyone had to lift there after-market exhaust? Cheers.

no I will have to lower it a bit, as it touches the bumper from time to time

Hangers - @renault or buy polyurethane items from powerflex?

or from scrappy?

The hangers are like tough material on my valver but howd i make them pull the exhaust closer to body at back-box area?

You can try to bend the box mount - hanger... should go fairly easily, but you have to be sure that it doesnt hurt rest of the system., and be careful not to bend the box - hold the hanger in some good spot firmly, not the back box.

undo clamps, shove the fuker where ya want it then tighten clamps again, mine has dropped a few times cos if the clamp comes undone a bit the zorst can swivel and it drops

or you could fit another bracket where the s bend is

Im not sure my hangers are the same as yours. Ill get my mate to buy me some clamps though and srew them in and strap round exhaust and tighten it. Is that what you mean Adi?

I noticed that mines a bit short on hangers though.

Im assuming the system is drooping in the last 1/2..

easiest way to move the system up is to use an oxyacetelene torch, heat the hangers then bend them. you dont even have to take them off the rubbers....easy....
