Help lowering a 172

Hello all i have a 172 cup. I was just wondering is there specific springs that i should use on a sport. or can i use any generic springs for clio's?
its a 2002 model.

Just get some eibach sportlines for a 172. Done. Steer away from apex and other cheapies as they are very crashy......

personally i wouldnt go for eibachs, they dont lower it very much, i know apex are a bit mor of a rough ride but the car sits loads better on them
