Help me please im new - kenwood radio in my clio

Hi all, im new and this is my first post, i was wondering if you would be able to help me, i have bought a kenwood KDC W3041A car stereo, and i want to fit it to my clio, however i am not sure if i need to buy a wiring harness or anything? will it just plug straight in?

Should plug straight in I believe (not checked model but they all generally fit right?), if you want it working with your Steering Stalk get in touch with MT Audio!

They all have euro2 connectors I think, so should just plug straight into the back of the cage/HU.

i dont know what bits i will need to connect, do i even need to plug in the blue or yellow plugs?

No you do not need to plug in the yellow/blue bits, just the two bigger ISO connectors.
The yellow/blue ones are for stalk/screen display.

not yet no, im not getting it until tommorow so il try then. Also, the remote lead which i want to use for my amp, will that be on the w3041a?

Should be a blue and white wire on the wiring harness that came with the headunit that you join the remote wire too.

ive just checked the manual(http://www.kenwood-electronics.co.u...ction Manuals/KDC/KDC-W3041A_G & 241SA_SG.pdf) pages 15 and 16, so i assume i need to plug the remote into the connector A-5
