HELP NEEDED!! auxillary belt tensioner

Car  toyota mr2, clio 182
Hi
Just fitted a new cam belt to my clio 182, Now ive just got the aux belt to fit back on.
My question is... When removing aux belt i removed the male torx bolt holding the sping loaded tensioner in place which i dont think i should of done and im now having big problems compressing the spring to fit back in place. Im going to get a aux belt kit tommorow so does anyone know if the tensioner somes compressed and ready to bolt straight on???
any help would be great!!
