help needed car keeps cutting out

hi i have a clio172 2001 when it gets hot it cuts out . ihave change crank sensor and coil pack and it still does it . mostley at idle but some times under load and can then be a pain to start . there are no warning lights on and it dont pick up anything on diagonostics. can anyone help?:dapprove:

Mandy, I'd suggest it goes somewhere that can perform proper diagnostics as code reading isn't the same.

I've got the same problem with my 182 and it's now been sat at a main dealer since i had to have it put on a flat bed after breaking down on a roundabout on Saturday. If they find something i'll post up.

Huzzah, Renault have actually managed to find a problem with mine!

Faulty TDC sensor which is now in the process of being replaced. Although not particularly cheaply

Mine does this sometimes too. I'm going to take it to BTM soon and get it checked out.
