Help needed to fit my lowering springs!!

Anybody in the Durham area fancy giving me a hand fitting my lowering springs on my 172 cup?? I know how to do it just dont have all the tools needed and dont fancy paying the garage a small fortune for a hour or two's work! I dont expect it for free i will give who ever some beer monies!! Ha, it would cost me £30+ in petrol mate!! I like a bit of blossom me sel now and again actually!!

Yeah fair point tbh I did mine without the use of spring compressors, wasn't as easy but it's doable!!
And yeah can't beat blossom hill for its taste and price
