Help needed-Who to ask?

I need a engine wiring loom and an ecu (Magneti marrelli 5NR) for a clio 1.2 16v sport Y reg mk2 ph1.

Does anyone know anyone within a reasonable distance of the Middlesbrough area?
I would also like prices to supply and fit, as I've had various ideas of prices but nothing solid.

£314.86+vat for the part from Renault. That price is the current price from Renault.
Loom is £110 give or take a couple of quid +vat

so how much if i want it all done and fitted inc labour and vat.
stealers have quoted me:
Ecu £393.86 +vat
loom £91.79 +vat
Labour 2 hours at £40 per hour (discounted from 67.50)
Total inc vat £664.64 (car aint worth it!!! lol)
i'm running at 13mpg!
Would make the trip down to Gosport to see family, if it'll make it.
(might argue that ecu price a bit though 1st)
