Help Pick Laptop

right need to find a good laptop for the rents and ive got no idea what to look for there wanting somin round the "17 screen size with a decent Hard drive size and have an AVI port so they can plug it into the TV

They like the look of the Sonys but open to any thing within reason prob max spending of £600

Any help would be grand !

Try and look at the older Toshiba Qosmio F10s F20s or G10s G20s. They have DVIs and 17" screens PM if you need more info - used to work for Toshiba

get a macbook,
an extra 100 quid, but so worth the money,
can plug it straight into the tv.
has a massive hard drive, and wont break in the few weeks after you get it, like all other windows laptops do.
and is the dogs b****cks.
