help:plastic trim hangin off under car

need help and advice , car is lowered after hitting afew large road humps badly - my plastic trim under the car (not the cup splitter) is hanging off.

i cant seen to get it back in. Should i simply remove it or is it there for a reason, maybe to protect the raidator or sumthing.


Please can sum1 advice be wat to do. cant really drive it while its handing off

its meant to be rivited to the underside of your bumper,
coupla screws??

i just ripped mine off and left it off,

renault have a habbit of over engineering theyre cars lol

4 screws under the car (torx heads I think) will release the undertray, then just clip it in and screw it back.
 
the undertray protects the engine from spray and road crap, apart from the does very little. Get some cheeky self tapping screws and re-secure it, 10 mins job max.

With regard to driving it prob not a great idea due to the opening being caught by the air, may rip it open further and pull the whole panel under the car at speed (wouldn't fancy being the car behind!)
