help please issue with electrics

i got a 172 interior for my 1.4 plugs under the 172 seats have been cut of, if i cut the plugs on my origional seats of and solder them to the new seats will it work ?

Are the wires all the same colour on the new ones from the old? If yes then should work no problem, if no you may need to research a bit more too see what each wire does, then just connect the correct wires together, I'm no expert on 172's having never owned one but usually you can swap this sort of thing over without any issues hope this helps
