HELP please

i deleted a few programs from my comp i put om and no longer needed. i restarted the as it requested and when it started back all i get is the following message on a black screen..

NTDLR is missing
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

i done this, it reboots back to this message everytime and won't go any further

i am running XP on a laptop

Any ideas as to what i can do and to keep my hard drive safe as my sister's gcse stuff is on there?

nope no cd or memory sticks

anybody have a copy of windows xp so i can get in to the recovery console? or does anybo know whether i can use normal floppy disks in order to save the boot disk files?

need a cd copy of xp as my laptop doesnt have a floppy drive as i have an external 1 that plugs into the usb. does anybody have a copy that i can borrow please?
