Help please

Hello people, clios playing up, went for a drive this morning was fine just went out and it's guttering through gears idle is a b**ch trying to cut off etc looked at the leads and went touching the top of one you get a shock I'm hoping it is the leads. Any other ideas ? Also if anyone local to Hertford have some up for sale I would really appreciate it if you could post up here an I could cone meet ya? Thanks guys ross
