changing my snapped handbrake cable on th e182 and the part that goes into the caliper will not come out!

i cant see any other way than just force it out but is there a technique to remove it or just hit it harder?

It's officially a complete cnut to get these out.

Chances of knocking it out- slim. If you do, it'll come out in a million bits.

I'd cut the cable, and drill the rest out..

for anyone else doing this a 10mm bit through the offending part does the trick!
