Help required with Youtube Audio extraction

I hope someone can help with this. I want to take a commentary segment from a video but there is background music/noise which the commentary overlaps (so you hear the commentary at the forefront but you can still hear the music playing in the background). I simply want the commentary from this clip:



The commentary piece is from 1:10 to 1:45. The crowd cheer etc. is fine, but I don't want that music playing behind it.

Could someone please give me advice on how to do this? I have Sony Vegas Pro and all that jazz, but I don't even know where to start.
