HELP!!- ROUNDED SEAT BOLTS!!!

OK, just got a new set of seats, (thanks to piers, j6 pkp) BUT, trying to take the two bolts out of the back behind the seats, and my mate has just rounded one of the two. The other bolt is out but this one is stuck in and i cant get it out now its rounded, ideas for removing it!?!?!?!?!?

one of the bolts, which keeps the rear seats in does stay in.No need for it to be removed. The seats should just slide off it.

really? this is a mk2 ph1, im on about the two bolts behind teh seat backs, holding the long black plastic type thin in place??

Ah right, so one at each end?

yeh, and teh drivers side one wont come out will folding teh seats forward and down work ie will they slide out that way?
