Help! Sending a Clio Bumper

Probably need to send a Rear bumper from an extreme (mk2 ph2).
Anyone know how much this will cost, with whom I can send it, and how it'll need to be packaged?

I sent one last yr. Wrapped it in about 3 layers of bubble wrap. Cost £18 to send with interlink express.
