HELP Snapped throttle cable

Just got hold of my RS Tuner, just plugged it into the car and got it running, was looking at the live graph, blipped the throttle pedal and it just went to the floor. Cable has snapped clean off where it joins the pedal.

Is there anyone in the Leeds area that can help? Have no idea about how to go about replacing it or even if i can get hold of a new one readily.

Renault or GSF. I can get you the GSF part number for tomorrow. Relatively easy job to do, the cable fits through a tube, so just pull the original out from the throttle body end, thread the new one through the pedal and feed it through the tube on the bulk head and it will emerge at the back of the engine bay. 20 min job.

right this was an absolute mission.

Managed to get hold of one through work from pages, came in a couple of hours. Cycled down to work (havent been on a bike in 10+ years). Cycled back. By this time it was dark.

just refit the new cable in the pitch black but think i have somehow managed it. Even adjusted my throttle pedal slightly higher for better heel/toe action!
