Help tracing email server

I've temporarily got web outlook for my work email.

Currently the IT guys are away, and I have a new laptop. I don't know the pop/smtp/server details.

Is there a way of tracing an email so that I can find out the settings?

send a email to a pc with outlook , drag the email to desktop then open in notepad , if yer lucky the smtp will be listed there, as for getting the pop just gues it from the smtp one

Instead of POP it was MAIL.
