Help! White crap in the engine???

what is this stuff, seems to have gone over the engine, looks like its come out of what ever part of the engine that is? LOL the white crap.

edit: One of your hoses there looks like it's been taped up. Maybe it's leaked from that.

they're expensive hoses too... cant just replace 1, you have to buy them as a kit.

ive had my engine covered in that s**t for agers now. car has been fine (touch f**king wood)

not, its leaked from what i can see a join. i think its stopped, it does not look fresh.

Clean it all off and see if it comes back, whats your coolant level doing??

Looks like your seal on the side of the engine to the thermostat housing, could even be a loose jubilee clip or temp sensor?

Get it to Renault to sort under warranty.

i think its sealed its self, im gona leave it for now as i havea track day tomorrow, but will try get it booked in tomorrow

That looks like coolant residue from either a hose or the housing, my brother had that housing replaced on his old 04 plate 182 under warranty because it was leaking coolant from it, the housing face could have been warped?.
