Help with decat 172 to 182

Im looking for a decat for my 182, will a janspeed one from a 172 fit my 182, also what other decat pipes can i get and where from

Is your mate from TRS?

Flange is further back on the 182 manifold and possibly the cat-centre section join a different place so without modding it definatley not.

K-tec do a sports cat - less restricted cat which will pass your MOTs. Id go custom...

172 one defo wont fit coz i just fitted a 182 manifold to my 172 and had to remove the ktec sports cat and just get a bit of exhaust pipe fitted instead

all you do is chop the cat out and get a pipe welded in thats what i had done

sticking with the standard for a while due to not enough £££s in the bank.

should rev a bit freer but as for actual bhp gains will be fairly minimal.
