hi me just got a new computer finally however I cant work out how to log out of the net. On me old one all I had to do was press the disconnect button. However this is option no longer exists. Help please

anyone please the connection bar just disappears when you log in help

I assume your using XP, the http://homepages.shu.ac.uk/~cjadams3/connection.jpg wont appear as default. You need to go into yer Network Connections and go to the properties for your internet connection, there should be an option in there that asks you if you want the connection(i.e. http://homepages.shu.ac.uk/~cjadams3/connection.jpg) in your taskbar!
