Help with Ipod & Xbox 360...

I have just got a Xbox 360 today and connected my Ipod Video and found that some tracks won't play. Now I have heard that the 360 doesn't understand the AAC format (it only understands MP3) that the Ipod use's?. Is there an update on Xbox Live for this?. Because if there is I can't find it on the Marketplace....


Is there anyway to get the tracks working?.

P.S. The tracks that I was trying to play weren't copy protected as I am aware...

why not convert all yer aac files to mp3 and then re add em to yer ipod

You can get it working. Boot up the 360 then go to the marketplace. Check the downloads, there should be an Ipod patch. I downloaded it and all my itunes work now.

1. Marketplace.
2. Game downloads.
3. Search by alphabet.
4. Optional Ipod download.
