Help with k tec exhaust

Right basically i am wanting to buy this exhaust

But a fiend of mine is saying that i will also need a sports manifold if i want to put this exhaust on?

no you wont as that perticular one is designed for the non-sport models such as yourself

As said just pick you car from the list.
