Help with my PH2 clio 172

Hey guys,

Recently i've had problems with my car starting, however when i turn the key theres no fire (engine doesnt turn over or anything) and the red circle flashes on my dash. Everytime this has happened i turn the ignition for 30 secs, lock and unlock and it usually starts up. Does anyone know what this problem is???

Do you here the starter turning or just clicking?

Umm no noise whatsover really i think.... the red light flashes on dash though when this happens....

Could be an immobiliser fault, but normally the engine would crank then but not fire up. How old is your battery?
