help with removing fogs

in the process of removing my fogs today, and there is his on the drivers side, i'm no mechanic, so probably a stupid question, any help would be appreciated

took the fog light out, going the deal with this once one of the kind cliosport members tell me what to do

Making brake cooling? Black box is the carbon cannister remove it.

You can get at your spots from underneath all that's holding them on is a 15/20 torx bit but you will still have the wiring loom running through the bumper so better to take the bumper off.
The pic on the drivers side is a carbon canister some eu regulation to stop excess gases or something.
I've removed mine here's a link what you have to do.
