Help With Seat/Harness - or Standard Seat Belt

Hi All
I am entering Spring Championship at Curborough in my Clio Cup (details in project section). I have found a seat i like at Demon Tweeks - see image below. But unsure if i can use my standard car seat belt with it?
I can't safely mount harness as I do not have a cage - unless someone knows a way to mount harness in Clio (can't use the rear seat belt buckle mounts as the angle is unsafe)
Any advice appreciated!

Might make it difficult with the winged sides, but it can be done with other bucket seats no problem.
