HELP...with this dash light

hi this light came on on my dash about 3 weeks ago, switched the engine off and on again and it went off.
looked it up and it said it could mean that there is "water in the petrol" but my car has been running fine.
then noticed on friday the light had come back on. car is running fine still but the light keeps appearing. usually switching the car off then back on turns the light off but it can be on for prolonged periods now.
anyone else had this problem or know what it is/could be?

electrical fault light, can be a mahoosive number of things, usually a sensor, diagnostics will tell you

no its just an electrical fault light, i assume a coil pack would come under this catogry
