Help with xenons please!

My passanger side flickers when first turned on but doesnt ignite so does this mean its not the bulb?
Ive taken the bulb out and the blue round thing inside the bulb has a white spot on it, is this normal?

Are they definitely 4300k? In this picture mine look more blue than these:

hey...

I sounds like you have a promblem with your ballast... the ballast is the little black box that the bulb wirng plugs into... Are they orginal xenons or is it a HID kit...?

They're the original xenons on a 04 172. So there's no point in buying a new bulb? Can i get the ballast from anywhere other than renault?
