Hi people i was just wondering if there is any books/web site or even if anyone has made sumit to help me lower my clio, its a 04reg 1.2 dynamique. so if anyone could help i would be so gr8ful

Its fairly simple there was a guide on this site a while back. There is also a guide in the Haynes manual which you can hire from a good libruary. The only special tools you needs are spring clamps and maybe a swan neck spanner for the top of the struts.
