HELP!

Got a ph2 172 and my engine has a terrible rattle on idle is comin from the cam area and also when the car reaches 1500rpm it rattles then stops at anything above that. anyone got any idea what this is need to get it sorted before next weekend as got a big drive to drop parents of at airport and dont want to car failing on me !!

any help would be much appreciated

this a big job ? how much am i looking at gettin it fixed ? and does it need to go to a renault dealer for the work ?
sorry about all the questions just makes me nervous hearing that noise and really want to get it fixed asap

I will drop you a pm how much we charge. No it does not need a dealer but a specialist with the right timing tools.

Its not something that will just give up on you and kill your car but its something you should get sorted.
