So, I ended up buying a jdm s2000 a few months ago, I'm not a massive fan of the plate, but it came with it.
Not really got many plans for her at the moment.. Just low, alloys and some little trinkets.

Anyway, here is how she's progressingggggg;

After I picked her upp;

She looks clean, but.. Ewwwwww;

Countersunk Anvil gearknob, heavy as f00k;

Lowwww;

Noticed the "Work" boxes in the above picture? ;

SO YEAH!
That's all I managed before I locked her away for winter.

My main hate with the car at the moment is the rear bumper has a horrible cutout for a fog light, which was crudely put into the jdm bumper, so I need to ring afew body shops and get that sorted. I'm just going to hook the foglight onto a little pull down plate under the bumper, so she'll pass MOT with no issues.
Still got a few things to do before I fit the XD9s

Higher compression ratio, so roughly 10hp more, hasn't got the front washer jets for the projectors, different rear bumper. Not sure on much else to be honest!

Lovely. Of course it looks ridiculous on standard wheels and offset but those struts are a work of art.

Is it silly putting such fancy dampers on a car that's going to sit so low it's not exactly going to be set up for handling?

I get bilstein cheap, so worked out about the same price as BC racing.

Yeah 250. Not sure to be honest, I've heard they respond really well to 3" exhaust, but that's a little too big for me lol..

Bit of an update!
Not been much happening as I've ruptured my ACL which is going to require surgery
BUT!
I've had the arches+liners done, only got two tyres mounted at the moment though.
ALSO! Had a little mod on the exhaust!
Again, terrible iphone pictures (sorry).

So, I'm still recovering from ACL reconstruction but ordered in a USDM Ap2 rear bumper which I've had fitted. Just need some paint !

Bumper off, gave her some waxoyl love!

Show she sits now! Much prefer the AP2/Facelift bumper. Especially with the smaller number plate recess !

The extra compression is offset by no 100 octane fuel, so normally on our fuel they work out about the same.

The jdm's normally have half cloth seats, no leather centre console and sometimes a satnav screen in the dash.

Car looks lovely mate, how long haz it been in the country?

The exhaust mod is great isn't it, much better noise. Though can't really hear a huge amount when on vtec

Have your suspension bolts been greased? Biggest issue on them - hopefully being an import it won't have had our shitty climate for very long lol and they won't be rusted in.

Found the secret compartment yet? Lol

By welding in that tube it lets some of the exhaust gasses bypass the long route through the exhaust boxes and gives a nicer sound plus apparently a few bhp

I've got leather seats, but no leather around the console and no satnav.
Can't think off the top of my head, but she's hardly moved since being over here.
Yeah beautiful note now, was far too quiet as standard.
To be fair I haven't, but when I did camber a while back everything moved nicely. Geo needs doing again with these new wheels, so i'll have them done.
