Hesitation and poor performance

Hi guys.

I've found a situation what I can not solve.
I realised that the car has running problem after I rev it up and the rpm decrease lower that 3k rpm. After that with the car hard to accelerate feels like it's idle.
Judt a few days ago changed the upstream lambda and the downstream lambda also. Spark plugs are new , coils new, no clogged catalyst, no vacuum leak....
No!! Fault codes ! The car feels like it has 120 hp only... Compression is okay.

I think maybe one or more injectors have problems.

Did somebody meet this problem ?

What plugs did you put in? You can test your injectors if you have a multimeter? It takes 10 minutes.

I've did the check ! Injectors okay, it seems like dephaser solenoid..... :/
The timing belt had been changed 4k km ago, but the solenoid is still original. We put the car on clip and it showed that the solenoid isn't working properly. So the car is very very weak on low revs, it's feels like it has 120 hp only and a huge hesitation around 4k rpm. I'll change it out and I hope it maybe solve the problem.
