Hesitation when cold

Hello,

My clio is hesitating when cold but is fine once warmed up. It holds back for a second or two, then is fine. It is a 1.4 RT if that makes a difference. Anyone know what it could be??

Cheers:)

I think most cars do this when cold, my cup is a bit hesitant/jerkey when its cold, its just while everything is getting up to its normal operating temperature, nothing to worry about i wouldnt of thought

My old 1.4 sport used to feel like the gearbox was frozen at times :(

I know it doesnt help you much, but I find that my 172 flys when its cold!

Hmmm, it was supposed to have been done just before I bought it.

Might try the plugs then. How do you do the fuel filter on these?

let it warm up for a bit before you drive it, as soon as you get in start it up, then sort your stereo face, and anythin else you need to mess with before you drive away, thats what i do...

what oil are you using ?....
