Hessistation issue!!

Hi guys all help on this would be appreciated!
It’s a Clio 182

So when I’m driving And cruising around 65+ the car feel like it’s misfiring/hesitating holding back but if I got full throttle through the revs it appears all ok
It hasn’t pressesnted at light on the dash, I’ve measured my injectors and was all around 14.9ohms
It’s also got a up to date crank sensor
New sparks plugs correct NGKprf6 and 6monyhs old htleads and coil pack?

Anyone have any idea to what could cause it? Could it be the throttle or mafsensor?
Could the gearbox sensor cause it to get confused?

I had this issue and changing the throttle body seemed to fix it. I had a spare engine so swapped various bits to try fix the issue. Wouldn’t have guessed the throttle body was the culprit but I haven’t seen the problem since.
