im a newbie... currently driving my first car (106 quiksilver)

so, time has come for me to move on, as i wanted a clio in the first place....the 106 was just cheaper But I thought id check out what kind of mods/community there is for clios. Looks like there just as mod-able as pugs YAY! Obviosly you'll all be biased but i have choice of 3 cars i can upgrade to/looking at. Clio mk3 1.2tce twingo gt or a c2 vts or gt. Anyone got any pointers? I like all of them, but i learnt to drive in my mums clio tce and tbh i loved it to death. but i like the look of c2's and twingo's aswell. What to do?!?!Thanks for your help

twingo all the way, dont know anything about how they run but the are bloody gorgeous. the clio would be my 2nd option.

cheers man, the twingo gt has the tce engine in, pretty nippy too, but i cant decide as the clio feels more sturdy, but the twingo is faster and looks pretty snazzy.
anyone got the ktr remap for clio tce? would like to hear how it runs with it on

Here we go for some stick for me...
1 C2!
2 Clio
3 Twingo.

That would be my list in order. Clio would replace c2 if your a heavy modder. C2s best left as they come. Vtr/Gt regardless.
Plus this forum is extremely helpful. So Lets say, undecided on C2 or clio for first spot

clio 1st, then twingo and defo c2 last
ive owned 4 clios and one c2
you couldnt pay me to own another c2!
there just terrible but yes they look good and are quick but it ends there

cheers for the views, i liked the c2 for its performance, but the interioir feels...like a chocolate box lol, renault interiors arnt stunning but they seem solid instead of cheap and flimsy, upgrading because next year ill be doing more motorway miles, and i just want something a bit nippyer than my pug, and something that is a bit more comfortable lol. pugs are fun, but they are pretty basic
