im hoping to pick up my 1st 172 sport on sunday,
so thought id best join up with you guys
its a luvly little car,fsh,65k in....cant think of the name so ill call it maroon/burgundy lol.(could be flame red?):S
ive had pug 205 gti's and reno 5 gt turbos in my youth and loved them,and lusted after the clio williams for years.
i currently have a bmw e46 330 ci,which im p/x for the 172.
its a luvly car with the 3litre straight 6cyl and smg/paddle shift on the steering wheel and 231bhp as standard.
but its to grown up for me,im a young 38yr old you see lol.
if the fella likes the bmw and a deal can be done,i hope ill be back in a fun hot hatch by sunday tea time.
hoping its better than the bmw's 23mpg tho?! what figures am i looking at?
also,whats the cabin like for big fellas,im 6"1 and built like the hulk ffs,
is there good room with the seat fully back and does the steering wheel raise?
dont care if i look like mr.incredible,lol,just want a fun car to live with.
we have a mk4 golf gt tdi 150bhp pd thats chipped and drives fantastic,so thatll be the family car once our first baby arrives in 2month
and the clio will be my fun weekend toy,as the weathers never good enough for the fireblade,my other love.
anyway,im based in chesterfield,derbyshire,hope im in a sport soon and become a regular on here.:clap:
p.s,if the deal doesnt come off,and anyone fancies a luvly bmw 330 for a well cared for clio sport,give me a holla.
