just hung up after 30 f****** minutes of sat in the music on hold queue, and thats after being in a queue earlier and deciding to leave my number for them to ring back - which never happened, what a bag of w**k! winds me up!!!! how can u be on the fone for 30 fricking minutes in a queue eh!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont think that they have that many staff, and I think they genuinely do get a lot of calls, and there information seems to be much more detailed than directline etc (name + postcode + reg + cover type = price).

They have always rang me back though.

I agree with you though, that music is so irritating.

Generally worth waiting for them though, in my expeirance.

I found trying them in the morning was the best.

HIC r crap if ur trying 2 get through unless u ring assoon as they open, u still get put on hold for 10mins though

theyve also hung up on me after 30 mins on hold

also ive been on hold b4, and u go back 2 switch board, they ask if u wana wait or not, i said what no, in the Q am i, she said 5, so i said ill hold, 15 mins later back 2 switch board, i say where am i in the Q she says oh ur at number 8 now WTF

Im lucky, I make these sort of calls at work where I can put the phone on monitor and do something else, whilst listening to the charming music they play.
