hid bulb help

Hi guys
I have had a search and carnt find what im looking for
This might be a stupid question and excuse me if it is lol
I have 8000k hids and there so chavy its unreal. Now one of my bulbs have blown so they both need replacing. Can I replace them with 6000k or 5000k bulbs or do the ballasts have different power outputs?

If there aftermarket hid's check to see if there 35w or 55w if there standard xenons you want 35w 6000k d2s blubs

There aftermarket 55w with 8000k bulbs atm (i think I would have to check)
Dose this mean I can get 55w 6000k or 5000k bulbs?

Yeah match the wattage and go for 6000k
