High compression build with jms rs2

Hi all will a high compression build work with a rs2 manifold can any 1 shed some more light on this

Don't see why not...it's not sucking harder just compressing harder isn't it?

No expert though, been thinking about this as it is just about the only way to get more torque through the rev range i imagine...bit expensive though

If you are going to the effort of high compression then you are looking to get the very most from your engine and so it would be a waste IMO not to use ITB's.

I agree with Cupman29. As good as the RS2 is, you might as well factor ITB's into the build if you're going to such lengths and expense to modify the engine.

Sell it and buy itb's then.

To get the most from a hi-comp setup you would want aftermarket ecu IMO.
