high oil pressure (valver)

how ya alll doing,

recently my 16v has been reading really high oil pressure when cold it reads 6 bar when you hit about 2000 revs and ideas, changed the oil but no luck

Sounds about right, does it drop when the car has warmed up?

Sounds right.

Its getting colder now so will stay around 6bar for longer.

Thats normall for this time of year. As long as the pressure comes down when its up to temp.
