High pitched noise

Ive just changed the coil pack and plugs on my car as I was having problems with it - seems to have done the trick.

Now when I start my car it makes a high pitched noise - almost like the ringing you get in your ears from loud music.

When I turn the ignition on (without starting the car) the noise is audible for about 5 seconds then something clicks and it goes away - when the engine is running is is qudible constantly.

Its not loud but im wonderinf if its maybe something to dowith coil pack.

Its defo something electrical.

Any input appreciated.

it could be your fuel pump mate. They kick in for a few seconds when you turn the key then go off. then obviously come back on again when the engine is running.

Its reckon its more an electrical noise rather than a mechanical one.

It sound like a quiet high pitch ring
