You will surprised how much damage you have done mate, I done the same in my first 172 many moons ago and I caused 3k of damage, no visable damage to the exterior of the car other than the wheel had been hit into the arch, and perferated ear drum from the airbag blowing up

id be checking all the steering joints.
cheerz for all the info guys. went on the search for a seat today, found some a 182 at a breakers but one airbag had gone off on the seats, and it seems my trim is the least popular car to crash. These will fit in mine non-sport no problem yer? Gally, what do you mean new air bag ecu? can i not just have mine reset?
Alan do you seriously think it could warrant a cat d? theres no hope in hell its going through insurance, im real shocked the airbag went off, as was my mate sitting in the seat, just swung the back wheel into the kerb, wheel was destroyed but put a spare on and its not off camber or anything
