Hologramming - some help please

Got my albi 200 yesterday. It was a really bright day so any tiny scratch was showing up. Passenger door has had a polisher passed over it by my reckoning as you can see fine circular lines in close proximity. I used a powerfull torch on it last night and got a hologramming effect. My concern is why has a new car been polished by dealer or however but what has caused this holograming. I am waiting dealers checking with their valeters. Is something like this hologramming easily fixed?

I've seen them sort small scratches and machine polish them out at the Renault sport factory. Holograms are quite easy to correct. Just needs another go over with a machine and fine polish.

Piece of piss to fix mate.

Menzerna final finish on a cutting pad will probably get rid of it! Will take off FA paint to correct it dude- Couple of microns maybe!

Those are buffer trails that you can see mate, its where whoever has machine polished it has not spent enough time to break the polish down.

What Boosh says will sort it ^

You don't need a cutting pad to remove buffer trails. It's just a compound which hasn't been broken down properly on top if the paint with very minor indents into the clear. It should sort with a finishing pad and a light cutting polish like Megs 205.

Should remove no more than 1-2 microns. Get a pro to do it and charge the dealer.

I appreciate no photos up, sadly not sunny enough today to really take photo but this car shouldnt have been delivered like this by dealers?

There is also scratches on front bumper and on the antharcite front and drivers side skirt

cheers alan, its to go in to stealers for them to look at on saturday, had it checked over tonight by my brother and he is not sure whether it has had a rotary passed over it or even fine sandpaper, its only the laquer but just very curious whats went over it and why and what they will be doing to fix it
