Horrible engine noise,advice if you can help

I've got a noise from the engine that comes in at 6000rpm, it sounds like something rotating and higher pitch than the engine, only does it when driving and can't be heard while revving on the drive,I'm not exceeding 3000 rpm at the minute due to this being my daily driver

Friend had this, couldn't diagnose it so we stuck a new engine in

I've took the cam cover off and started the engine,the dephaser is noisy and the center section not spinning centrally,I've took a video but need help to upload it,anyone know what it'll cost to get sorted? I'd be taking it to Fred at Btm hopefully once I've spoken to him.

If the dephaser is noisy then thats a full belt change & Dephaser usually- ~ £600 ish

Best get a specialist to 100% diagnose that though

Dephaser is usually only below 1800rpm
